Description of Service
All treatments are strictly professional massages performed by a qualified massage therapist. (This is NOT a sexual service). Therapist retains the right to terminate massage at any time for inappropriate conduct from the client. This includes but is not limited to inappropriate touching, vulgar language, harassment or intoxication on the part of the client. If a massage is terminated no refund will be paid to the client.
Book an appointment for a massage by calling, Whatsapp, email, or through the Contacts page on the website.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT WALK-INS.
- Cancellation needs to be made 24 hours from your appointment day please.
- Unless there is a true emergency, half of the appointment fee will be due.
- If you miss an appointment or fail to cancel within a 12h period, the full appointment fee will be due.
- If necessary, in the future, you may be required to prepay your session to secure your appointment.
Please, as per COVID-19 protocols, always wear a mask while you are at the Yin ‘n’ You massage studios.
Arrival & Time Slots
It is recommended to arrive on time (if not a few minutes earlier) to your appointment. Late arrival means a reduced treatment time, but you will be charged for the booked treatment. Treatments cannot be extended due to the other booked appointments that follow yours.
Payment & Fees
- Payment is due after the treatment is completed.
- Service fees listed at time of booking is the amount you will be charged.
- Payments can be made by card, cash, Snapscan or EFT (upon prior arrangement).

When you book an appointment we collect personal details such as your name, email and telephone. This information is only used to identify you and contact you about the appointments and services you have booked. To provide a safe and effective massage treatment we may also sometimes ask you for your medical background and lifestyle choices. This information is only used to make sure your treatment is as effective as possible.
When you provide us with your personal information in booking an appointment, completing your Consultation form, making a payment or contacting us about our services, you are giving your consent to us to collect that information, and use it for that specific reason only. We will not use or sell your personal information for any secondary reason, like marketing, ever.
